"Preto ani jeden národ nemôže stúpať nahor alebo byť šťastný, ak nemá pravé, nefalšované ženstvo, nasledovaním ktorého sa môže a musí vyvinúť i pravé mužstvo.
Sú tisícoraké veci, ktoré kazia týmto spôsobom pravé ženstvo. Preto tiež dôsledky toho sa prejavujú viac alebo menej ostrejšie vo svojich škodlivých účinkoch. Lenže sa prejavia vždy, v každom prípade!
Nechcem tu ešte hovoriť o ľahkomyslenom napodobňovaní mužských zvykov ženami, ku ktorým patrí na prvom mieste fajčenie. Lebo to je nákaza sama pre seba, tvoriaca zločin na ľudstve, ako sa človek ani neodváži predbežne domyslieť.
Pri bližšom poznaní zákonov stvorenia veľmi skoro zmizne neospravedlniteľné a bezmyšlienkovité sebectvo fajčiarov, holdujúcich ešte aj vo voľnej prírode svojej vášni, čím otravujú svieži, oživujúci vzduch, ktorý ako dar Boží má byť stále prístupný každému tvoru. Nastane to aj preto, aby sa fajčiari mohli dozvedieť, že táto nemravnosť je semenišťom mnohých chorôb, pod metlou ktorých trpí dnešné ľudstvo.
Odhliadnuc od samotných fajčiarov tým, že dojčatá a deti musia vdychovať taký tabakový dym, brzdí sa ich vývoj a vývoj niektorých orgánov. Zvlášť utužovanie a zosilňovanie pečene, ktorá je pre každého človeka veľmi dôležitá, keďže pri správnej a zdravej činnosti môže zabrániť ochoreniu rakovinou. Je to najistejší a najlepší prostriedok proti tejto nákaze.
Žena dneška si vo väčšine prípadov zvolila nesprávnu cestu. Jej snaženie smeruje k odženšteniu. Nech je to už v športe, vo výstrednosti alebo v rozptyľovacích zábavách. No, najviac účasťou na pozitívnych okruhoch činností, ktoré prináležia a musia ostať mužom, ak má byť pravý vzostup a mier."

Quite apart from the smokers themselves, having to breathe in such tobacco smoke hampers the normal development of many an organ in infants and children, especially the necessary firming and strengthening of the liver, which is particularly important for every person, since when it is healthy and functions properly, it can easily prevent a site for cancer from forming; which is the surest and best means of fighting this epidemic.
In most cases the woman of today has chosen a wrong path for herself. She strives for de-feminization, be it in sports, in excesses or diversions, but mostly through participating in positive spheres of activity which fall to and must remain with manhood if there is to be genuine ascent and peace"
