(opustiť určité vzorce myslenia, zvyky, bibl. Pokánie – metanoia, zmena, učiniť vo svojom živote nejaké zásadné, trvalé zmeny. Napr. skľúčenosť, nechuť žiť – zlé vzorce, ktoré treba opustiť, nie sú vaše, sú to “uzly“, ktoré sa zdajú skutočné. Čo Vám najviac bráni sa rozvíjať a byť šťastný? Zistite to, buďte bdelí, skúmajte sa a dajte všetky sily do toho, aby ste svoju myseľ udržiavali čistú) Pozrite si a uvažujte nad Biblickými veršami! Note Biblik: we have to completely change some patterns of our thinking if we want to switch to the new level, now that means for us... to survive! We have to use all of our power to keep our mind pure, free from old patterns of thinking. Just pay attention to pure and deep ideas only! Other stuff in your head - simply don't pay attention to it!

Which way of thinking do you choose, wide or the narrow?
Wide leads to death, the narrow leads to life!
If we choose the narrow way, how to quit old patterns of thinking? Atonement, metanoia - some principial, persistent change of our thinking. What we consider as "our" is not always from us, there's usually too much patterns in our thinking which have been inserted - by our ego, by the world, by false leaders, etc. The "bad" ← it doesn't want to die, it wants your attention! It's alive from your attention! So, don't worry if you have bad thinking or temptations, simply pay your attention to good, focus only what's really worth your attention! (choose good books, good web pages, and change your thinking, change yourself) WHO I AM? WHERE IS MY PLACE? The simple question WHO I AM? and WHERE'S MY PLACE IN GOD'S CREATION RIGHT NOW? Our text is only a poor try to explain something, what everyone should apply to practice. Get some experience and persist! The jews were 40 years in the desert, what are we prepared to sacrifice for understanding Christ's Words? We have to offer our time and energy to understand what His Words really means and how to apply His "Teaching for Life" to practice: "Knock and it shall be opened to you." (Matthew 7:7, Luke 11:9)
Any little divergence from Christ's Teaching leads to death!
